Unsolicited testimonials for the FeelGood Manual

The anti-mumbo-jumbo self-help book

"Pip, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing and passing along tools I will carry with me as long as I live. There was a time in which I didn't want to live. Now I have a life, and I cherish the fact that I have the opportunity and the will to reach out for my goals."

There just aren't enough words to describe my feelings about the manual. I'm feeling happier. Thanks a million Pip.

I'm loving this manual. I've sent the link to folks and put it on my blog. I'm learning the happiness skills every day. I already knew some of this stuff, but I keep learning more. Best wishes!

There just isn't enough thanks in the whole world to give you for this manual. Thanks for being a part of my life. When I count my blessings I count you twice.

I just want you to know how helpful your manual has been. I suffer from bipolar disorder and I shared creation with my friends of which I chat with at Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

Do everyone you know a favor. Email them the link to the manual. This stuff is PHENOMENAL!!! It's changed my life.

We printed off a copy at Brynawel [Brynawel House Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre, Wales] and some of the residents have read it and all think it is was valuable.

I just wanted to thank you for your newsletter and your wonderful Manual of FeelGood. I have read through chapter 3, and it seems to be exactly what I've been trying to do since I went off the Celexa and hormones. You are such a blessing to us! Your real world look at depression is just what I need! ...Your writings have made more sense than what any doctor has told me. The feelings you mentioned in chapter 3 are exactly what I have been feeling, it's a self worth thing. I will continue to read your manual ... You are incredible! But big THANK YOU for it being free!!! I know that you will be blessed for what you do!

Pip, I feel you are a friend, and your insights and suggestions have proved themselves to be a 'hand-up' on more than one occasion. I am a drug and alcohol counsellor and much of your wisdom and many of your homilies have found their way to my clients. You're the best!

I can't get enough of this site! I am also bipolar and am very interested to read your book. This site makes me feel like "a kid in a candy store with unlimited funds."

I look forward to every chapter. I have a better time being alive and your The FeelGood Manual has contributed to that. I am looking forward to working through the whole book again when "we" get to the end. I think it will help me over and over. Thank you Pip.

Clear, insightful directions towards happiness conveyed with style, wit and grace. Highly commendable. Good on you Pip Wilson.

What a distillation of things already considered, known, sensed. You've kept it very simple and concise so that that unwieldy packaging known as my head doesn't need all that shrink rapping. Thank you and blessings to us all from your taking the "risk" of sharing.

You are doing such a nice job of letting us all know the truth in easy to understand terms--no folderol, no false modesty, and nothing to buy! Congratulations.

What Great Concepts to put into writing, Pip! Congratulations in helping one and all find positive changes in their thinking. ~ :)

You are so @#%$! right !!!!! You have a gift of telling stuff I already know in such a different and fresh way, that it touches me, and wakes me up ... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)

You are doing such an excellent job each day to brighten up spirits and bring a bit of insight into our worlds. I especially love reading your manual ... it touches a part of me I've been struggling with for a long time ... Glad to know someone else has broken free of it ... although I know it will never be over ... life is always a struggle, we just have to try and make ourselves do the best we can to survive. The inner peace you talk of is what we all strive to have and I, like you, am on a struggle to keep it each day ... so I appreciate your thoughts and the views you've shared about your own life as they are similar to my own. May you continue to be blessed.

If you ever find yourself in a funk, and want out, this is one book that will do the trick. Pip's knowledge and experience in the human condition and many other similarities of the human soul knows exactly how to assist a hurting soul in 'The Feel Good Manual' whereby getting into deep and troubled souls while extricating the "dis-ease" we all have once in awhile.

Having suffered with depression since the age of 6 and undergone therapy, I can recommend this book as an effective means to keep the dark cloud of depression at bay. Even for those of us who have managed to get out of it, we still have our bad days and this has proven to be a perfect quick fix. Read it and you'll be able to see for yourself. If nothing else happens, at least it makes for enjoyable reading.

Came across your book at the right time. Having spent many a year and £'s trying to find something to help me, you remind us that we have the answers within us if only we're prepared to look there. You write well Pip and this book was a joy to read in its own right.
