A link anywhere at all on all of Wilson's Almanac does not indicate approval, but my interest and recommendation.

Now for a cuppa.

It's been rather cold for April in Bello, and two good neighbours, all rugged up like Eskimos, wondered why I was so lightly dressed. I'd been working all morning on the garden, and on housework (for one reason, my flatmate's moved out), largely but not entirely because I'm quite excited that a friend from by Israel's Sea of Galilee might come any day, and I want a very tidy house and garden, even doing things that tax the memory, and that is, at time of writing, April 16, 2011, not as good as it might be with my July 6, 2011 TBI, which is mentioned elsewhere on the site. What I'd been doing as well was walking in the rain (thank ye lords I have a brolly in my knapsack or one of those $1 disposable cloth bags I get from the Bellingen IGA or the Providore for $1). I visited a street stall in Hyde St, and looked for some lemon butter, but only bought two raffle tickets. I usually keep my eye out on behalf of my old mate Sean Mooney, or 'Chucka' as I call him, for some lemon butter (or lemon curd, as the poms call it). Chucka, by the way was my 'rooky' as a sub-editor, but I think he taught me about the English language than I taught him. His university qualifications in the classics really outshone mine. Anyway, I've had lemon butter jars in the post from all over the world. I'll sometimes tell Chucka that 'this lemon butter is Presbyterian', etc. Today's would have been Parkinson's Disease. My mum's father died of that when she was 6, so I really support any people, young or old, who support research and that cause. So ... share some with me. I'll promote 'do-gooder' work furiously. My nature.

It's this kind of thing that Australian Free Stuff is about. Totally free of charge, or just a pittance. I told the stall people about Microminibliss because I never let a reasonable opportunity go by without promoting me, the Almanac, and that new free e-book. Call it my brain damage. Then you'll just be like the doctors I had at Ryde. No matter what I said, much of the time, I was told in one way or another it was my brain damage, or whatever term the quacks came up with.

Anyway, to cut a long story short (Wilson? Is that you?), this page is for anything free or cheap & worthwhile you'd like to recommend, and which I agree upon.

Free things in Australia

'Free' yell the ads and headlines, but is it, or is it more of the Australian Idiocracy? The Almanac will always do its best to be fair dinkum.

"Think universally. Act terrestrially."

Dad taught me virtues like honesty, trust,  and so on. He always said he lies very occasionally, but he's not a liar. I think that's good advice.
I like to think I'm like that.

Commenced editing April, 2011. Recently Updated Pages. Use Search at wilsonsalmanac.com - stay abreast of opinions, news, history, fun. videos, the site rebuild, and so much more. You don't talk to yourself softly, every now and again, when you're alone? Oh, lawdy lawdy, you poor wee thing! You'd better start soon. Wilson does that kinda stuff. He's great company! Microminibliss rocks! Wilson's hard at resiting Idiocracy at home and abroad. but it wuz brain damage what dunnit. I might be 'old' but I feel young and do as I please. I'm soooooo sorry. Brain-damaged computer, software, wallet, too. Libido's great. Hang on! He usually walks around Bellingen at dawn, to avoid certain people. Some especially. He still loves the place, but is having a trip with solitude, new thoughts, self-conspiring ... so, adidas flamingos! Comments welcome. Careful! Always I'm editing it!Macbeth hath murdered sleep! (More) - Too much undermining Australian Idiocracy, poor Wilson. "An hour well spent." Archibald Sarantoff, (liar), April 20, 2011.
I intend that, in time (my target is Easter, 2012), all links throughout Wilson's Almanac will open in a new window.
