From my Facebook: I think I've finished writing about my departed love, J-9, in my Memoirs at Wilson's Almanac for now. I've wept a lot today, but life goes on and I trust that Sunday will be fine, even if still raining hard and flooding Bellingen. When I made the page at the Almy called Almost Prophetic Quotations, Jeannine (J-9's birth name was Jeannine Wilson, no relation) said it looked like her. I compared it with photos of her, and could see an extraordinarily strong resemblance. Like anyone, I guess, I can get blue for a while when someone close to them dies, but, although it's a cliche, memories are made of this. J-9 co-edited APQ, but while I was away from home for months with my head injury, like many things it fell into disrepair. I plan to fix it very soon, and make it much better. It was good for me to be alone for a day and ponder me and J-9, to mourn her, and weep. See you tomorrow, friends.
